Over Christmas I got Android 4.1.2 over the air to my Galaxy Samsung S3, like an extra Xmas pressie, now waiting for 4.2, what can we expect?

Android 4.2 has wireless display. You can share photos, videos, and anything else on your mobile screen on an HDTV. You will also need a Miracast wireless adaptor, and at the moment they seem very sparse, in fact I cannot find one for sale anywhere, LG and Sony are rumored to be working on a dongle, and Samsung to be putting them in TV's. I'm excited about this as can help with mobile and tablet user testing!

Daydream displays information when idle or docked. So photo albums, news etc. It also has an Easter Egg so you can flick beans around the screen.....

Photo Sphere camera, with this you can take photos in all directions, and combine them into a photo sphere, then share or add to Google Maps, sounds cool.

Better notifications, faster UI and other general improvements as well make this one to look forward to.

Its makes me think about rooting and getting the pure Android experience, or get a Nexus next time round. No doubt will have to wait for O2 as well although they have been good with updates so far.
